1. About RentalPulse
RentalPulse is a UK rental market data service operated by 4YouMedia Ltd, providing Airbnb and SpareRoom rental market data via an embeddable widget and JSON API. Our website is rentalpulse.co.uk.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for and using RentalPulse you agree to these terms. If you do not agree please do not use the service.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your API key or widget code with third parties outside your organisation. You must provide accurate information when registering.
4. Subscription and Payment
Access to RentalPulse is provided on a subscription basis. Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You will be sent a payment link upon account authorisation. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
5. Refunds
We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle you will retain access until the end of that billing period.
6. Fair Use
RentalPulse is provided for legitimate business use by property professionals. You must not use the service to resell, redistribute or republish our data without prior written agreement. Excessive or automated API requests beyond your plan limits may result in account suspension.
7. Data Accuracy
RentalPulse data is sourced from publicly available listings on Airbnb and SpareRoom. We make no guarantee as to the completeness or accuracy of the data and it should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business or investment decisions.
8. Service Availability
We aim to maintain a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to carry out maintenance, updates or changes to the service at any time.
9. Intellectual Property
All data, code, design and content on rentalpulse.co.uk remains the property of RentalPulse. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute any part of the service without permission.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, are used fraudulently, or where subscriptions remain unpaid.
11. Limitation of Liability
RentalPulse is provided as an information service. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of or reliance on the data provided. Our total liability in any circumstances is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding month.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of any material changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
